This notice covers the Aiyarise newsletter only. Aiyarise Intelligence Inc. is responsible for the information described here.
What we keep
Your email address, plus your name and company if you give them. We also keep a record of your consent: the words you agreed to, when you agreed, and the IP address and browser your request came from. We keep delivery results, including bounces and spam complaints.
Why
To send you the newsletter, to honour your choice to leave, and to be able to show that you agreed to receive it, as Canada's anti-spam law requires.
Who handles it
The list is stored with Cloudflare and each issue is delivered through Amazon Web Services. These providers may process the information outside British Columbia and Canada. We do not sell your information. Issues contain no open or click tracking.
Leaving
Use the unsubscribe link in any issue. We keep your address and consent record after you leave, so that we can keep you off the list and show what happened.
